Sam White Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of Malta and operates the 2Travel platform solely as a technical software provider.

Customer support is available exclusively through the support area following login. We accept enquiries around the clock and forward them — where they relate to the booking or the accommodation — to the responsible booking partner or the accommodation property.

Role of Sam White Ltd. and 2Travel

2Travel is a software platform. Sam White Ltd. provides the technical infrastructure (search, price comparison, forwarding of booking requests, customer account and support chat). The actual booking is made with independent, third-party booking partners; the accommodation contract is concluded solely between you and the accommodation property or the respective service provider.

Sam White Ltd. is neither a tour operator nor a travel agent within the meaning of the Package Travel Directive, neither a payment service provider nor an accommodation establishment. We do not provide accommodation services, do not accept payments for accommodation, and do not hold any client funds. Payments are processed exclusively by the booking partner's payment service provider.

The data you enter during the booking process will be transmitted to the booking partner for the purpose of completing the booking, and by the booking partner to the accommodation property (see Privacy Policy).

Competent Authority and Register

The company is registered with the Malta Business Registry (MBR), Żejtun, Malta. The competent supervisory authority for consumer protection matters is the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA).

Online Dispute Resolution and Consumer ADR

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Sam White Ltd. is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Complaints concerning the accommodation service itself should be directed to the accommodation property or the booking partner; we will assist you in forwarding them.

Liability for Content and Links

Hotel descriptions, photographs, reviews, facility information, prices, availability and cancellation policies are provided to us by booking partners and accommodation properties via interfaces and are displayed without modification. We do not review this content and accept no responsibility for its accuracy, completeness or currency. Responsibility for the content of external links rests solely with their respective operators.

The design, software, logo and original texts of the platform are protected by copyright and are the property of Sam White Ltd.. Image material relating to accommodation properties is owned by the respective rights holders and is displayed with their consent via the booking partners.
